Dr. László Bacskó
Attorney at law specialising in real estate
Dr. László Bacskó is a Budapest-based attorney, founder and head of Bacskó Law Office. He earned his law degree cum laude at the University of Pécs in 2002. He worked as a trainee lawyer from 2003 to 2007, passed the bar exam in 2007 and founded his own office the same year.
His work centres on real estate sale and purchase contracts and other property transactions: 200–300 a year, around 3,000 in total since 2007. He represents clients in Hungarian and English.
Real estate experience
Dr. László Bacskó has handled several thousand property transactions since 2007. Besides private individuals and companies, he regularly represents foreign clients buying or selling property in Hungary.
Contract preparation is supported by the Contract Creator software, a comprehensive case-management tool for preparing and running all kinds of property transactions. Dr. Bacskó started developing it in 2005, while still a trainee lawyer, and it has been improved continuously ever since with the most up-to-date technology available. The software takes over the administrative part of drafting, so the lawyer’s time goes into legal review and identifying risks.
