Bacskó Law Office is a Budapest law firm operating since 2007. Its primary field is the preparation and countersigning of real estate sale and purchase contracts , together with the handling of other property-related transactions. The office was founded and is led by Dr. László Bacskó, attorney at law. We represent our clients in Hungarian and English.
Contract preparation is supported by our in-house software, Contract Creator . It takes over a large part of the administrative work, so a contract is ready in a fraction of the usual time, and that saving shows in the legal fee.

Contract Creator: our in-house contract drafting software
Contract Creator is Bacskó Law Office’s own software supporting the preparation of real estate transaction contracts. It is what makes our work uniquely efficient.
The software does two things:
- It takes over most of the administrative work involved in preparing a contract.
- It makes the lawyer’s drafting work more efficient.
As a result, the time needed to prepare a contract can drop to a fraction of what it was, by as much as 90%.
Contract Creator does not replace the lawyer’s work. It frees up the lawyer’s time for what really needs it: examining the legal status of the property, identifying risks and protecting the parties’ interests. The lawyer remains responsible for the content and countersigning of every contract.
How does this show in the legal fee?
The working time saved by Contract Creator shows directly in our fees. Fewer administrative hours mean a lower fee, with no drop in the quality of the contract. For a straightforward property purchase contract the net legal fee is around 0.3%of the property’s market value, and for a straightforward gift contract 0.2%of the market value.

Our other services
Alongside our real estate focus, the office fills the gap between small law firms offering traditional legal services and international law firms.
This mainly benefits small and medium-sized businesses, whose day-to-day matters are well served by the assistance of one lawyer. For more complex transactions and legal problems we assemble a team of two or three specialist lawyers, so matters requiring special expertise are always handled by a colleague with the right background.
